Registration

• Please be advised that all attendees need to be pre-registered
• On-site registration at the conference desk will not be possible
• Please return your registration form soon because attendance is limited

• The attendance fee has to be paid in full.

• For non-European Union citizens:
  Please make sure that any charges for the international money transfer will not be deducted from the conference fee to be transfered. If you cannot attend the conference, cancellation fees will not apply until 18 June 2010.

• After 18 June 2010 the workshop fee will not be refunded.

You will receive a confirmation immediately after registration, your invoice will be sent no later than one week prior to the conference. Each registration is fully transferable to another person. If you need to switch to another person please contact our Institute office.

Please notice that the number of participants is limited. Registration and ensuing cancellation should be avoided at any rate - if possible.

Travel and hotel arrangements are responsibility of each individual attendee.
